The communications division consists of 12 employees who are responsible for providing services for all emergency and non-emergency first responder services for the county. This includes 911 and dispatch for Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Madison County Fire and Rescue, City of Madison Police Department, City of Madison Fire Department, and multiple volunteer fire departments throughout the county.
