The Human Resources Division is under the operation of the Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff reports to the Sheriff and command staff on the following matters:
Budget oversight
State and Federal Grant applications, management, and financial reporting
Assist command staff with Policy development and revisions
Agency representative and coordinator with FSRMF’s Liability, workers compensation, and Automobile Risk Programs
Agency representative and coordinator with FSEBT Program-Health Insurance
Agency Criminal Justice Information System Security Officer (LASO)
Human Resources (maintain agency compliance with State and Federal Labor laws and regulations, benefits and compensation, employee relations, FMLA).
