Dispatch Center

The Communication Center is the critical link between the community and patrol units in the field. The Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Dispatch Communication Center is located at 1314 West Base Street, Madison, Florida 32340. The center provides the highest quality and most professionally competent public services to to the residents of Madison County.

We dispatch for the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Madison County Fire/Rescue, City of Madison Fire Department, City of Madison Police Department.

Always remain on the line until you are told it is ok to hang up. This will help in giving information to the responding units. Do this even if you call by accident.
